If you are set up to have an international candidate on your payroll, we'll charge a one time fee for recruiting and screening, then hand the candidate off to you.

Do you serve businesses outside of Tennessee?
Yes! Although we are headquartered in Tennessee, we are capable of serving clients all over the US.
What if a candidate doesn't work out? Can I fire them?
Yes. We don’t expect you to stay in a relationship with someone you don’t like. For normal performance issues we require that a written warning be given to the candidate that clearly outlines expectations for improvement in a 2-4 week time period before you seek a replacement. If you don’t see improvement, just let us know you’d like a new person for the role and we’ll find a replacement 2-3 weeks. For ethical breaches like stealing and harassment, no written warning is required. Contact us immediately and we’ll create a plan to quickly terminate and replace the individual in question.
Can my candidate quit once I've hired them?
Yes. Your new talent is just like any internal hire you have. If you don’t treat them well, or if they feel like they are not the right fit for the job, they can look for other opportunities. That’s one reason we do lots of vetting in advance; we want to eliminate any serious risk of the candidate being a bad fit for the role. But, once you’ve hired them, it’s up to you to lead them well and create a culture where they feel valued and productive.
Do the candidates speak good English?
Yes, we thoroughly vet the English skills of all our candidates.
How close are the candidates to Tennessee time zones?
All our candidates are within 2-3 hours of Tennessee time zones.
Are the candidates treated well and paid fairly?
Yes! We negotiate with all our candidates to come up with a salary they are very happy with and allows them to support themselves and their families. The truth is, most international talent make more money working for US companies than local companies. That’s one reason turnover is extremely low when it comes to international employees. They are enthusiastic about the opportunity to work for a US company, and they will do their best to help your business grow.
How long is Hwdie's contract term?
We don’t do long-term contracts! All our services are billed month-to-month. This motivates us to find truly amazing candidates, and it motivates those candidates to bring their A game every single week. It also ensures you’re never stuck with someone you don’t like.
How long does the entire process take, including onboarding?
4 weeks on average, but that can change depending on the specific needs of your business.
How is Hwdie different from Fiverr or Upwork?
Fiverr can be a great tool for finding support for small projects, but generally it is not a resource designed for full-time roles. Full-time candidates require a lot of vetting, back-and-forth communication, legal understanding, and research, and bad ones can cost your business lots of money and time. That’s where we come in. We take the uncertainty and risk out of your search for affordable, reliable talent.
